A plain-language summary of what we hold and why. Have a solicitor review this before you rely on it.
What we collect
Your SteamID and the trade URL you give us; the wallet addresses you supply for payouts or refunds; your orders and the payments attached to them. Signing in with Steam tells us your SteamID and nothing else — we never see your Steam password.
What we do not collect
No email address, no name, no payment card details. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we keep it
To fulfil your orders, to keep accurate books, and to investigate fraud or disputes. Order and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to keep accounts.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider receives the amount and the order reference in order to process payments. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. We do not sell your data.
Public order pages
Anyone holding an order code can see that order’s status, item and amount. Order pages deliberately never show your SteamID, your trade URL, or your wallet addresses.
Your choices
Ask us on Discord for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it.
