You put items into our custody and Septim into your balance, then post an order or take one that is already resting on the book. When two orders meet, the fill is instant — items and money move between two accounts here, with no trade offer to accept and nobody to wait for.

Every price you see is somebody standing behind it, another trader or us, queued the same way. The shop does not quote a price and is not the other side of your trade unless one of our own resting orders is the one you matched.

Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys, Refined Metal and Tour of Duty Tickets from Team Fortress 2, and Steam Gems — loose or by the Sack of Gems, which count as a thousand each.

Anything else in your backpack stays where it is. The deposit picker still shows it, greyed out with the reason, so you can see what the shop does and does not take.

To deposit items, yes: they arrive as Steam trades, and the shop works out whose they are from the Steam account that sent them.

An account made with a username can still buy on the book, hold what it buys and withdraw it to a trade link — it just cannot send items in.

Open your inventory, choose Deposit under Move items, and tick what you want to bring in — keys, metal and gems can all go in the same trade. Say how many of each and our bot sends you one trade offer asking for exactly that.

Accept it in Steam and confirm it in the Steam mobile app, as Steam asks for any trade that sends items away. Everything is credited to you the moment the trade lands. An offer you have not accepted is withdrawn after an hour; start again whenever you like.

Choose Withdraw under Move items, or press Withdraw on any row of your holdings, and tick what you want back. The bots send it to your trade link — one offer for each kind, or one per bot if the shop holds it across more than one account. Accepting an offer that only gives you items needs no mobile confirmation.

Anything listed on the book has to come down before it can leave. Withdrawing is free.

It is the Steam address every deposit is asked for through and every withdrawal is sent to. You set it on your account page, and it has to belong to the Steam account you signed in with. Find yours in Steam under Inventory › Trade Offers › Who can send me trade offers.

There is one per account so that a trade can never go somewhere you did not expect. Changing it replaces it; trades already on their way keep the link they were sent with.

Every offer we send carries your code in its message — it starts with CLV- — and matches a deposit or withdrawal you started here, and the page for it links straight to the offer in Steam. A withdrawal’s page also names the bot account each offer comes from, so you can check the sender before you accept.

We only ever send offers for something you started on this site. An offer you did not ask for, or a message asking you to send items to "verify" or "unlock" anything, is not us.

Steam holds trades for up to 15 days unless you have had the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled for at least 7 days. It applies to items coming to us and going back to you, and it is Valve’s rule rather than ours — turn it on well before you plan to trade.

Open it from your inventory or history: it says where it is — waiting for the bot to build the offer, waiting for you to accept it in Steam, or finished — and links straight to the offer in Steam when there is one.

If the shop has paused trading or the bots cannot reach Steam, a notice at the top of the page says so, and anything queued goes out on its own once they are back. If it still looks stuck, message support with the code.

The balance you buy with. One Septim is one US dollar, always — it does not float. Selling on the book pays you in Septim, and buying spends it.

It pays no interest and is not a deposit account. It is a balance with a trading venue: hold what you mean to trade with.

Send USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to the address on your Add Septim page. Each account has its own permanent address per coin, so it is always yours and does not expire, and it is safe to send to it more than once. A deposit is credited once the chain confirms it.

Send only the asset and network that address is for. Coins sent on any other network — Ethereum, Tron, Solana or anything else — never arrive and cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.

Yes. Cash out from your inventory or account page, to an address you give us, less the network fee measured from the chain at the time. Septim held behind a bid you have resting on the book is released the moment you cancel the bid.

A quarter percent from the buyer and a quarter percent from the seller when an order fills. That is the whole of it: nothing to list, nothing to cancel, nothing to put items in or take them out.

Cashing out Septim pays the network fee, measured from the chain at the time rather than marked up. The shop takes no cut of that.

Possibly — ask. Size is worth something on a book, because depth is what makes everybody else’s fill good, so it is worth a conversation before you start rather than after.

Nothing is automatic and nothing here promises a number. The shop has one fee for everyone, and anything else is arranged by hand with the person who runs it.

Nothing. Closing a book stops new orders being placed and cancels none of the ones already on it: they stay at the same prices, in the same queue positions, and go live again the moment it reopens.

You can still take your own orders off while it is closed, and deposits and withdrawals are unaffected.

They can see the orders and the fills, and not who made them. The book shows prices and quantities, the history shows what traded and when, and neither carries a SteamID, a username or an avatar.

Your deposit address is a different matter: it is on a public chain, and anyone watching that chain can see what arrives at it.

Signing in with Steam means your password stays with Valve and never reaches this site, so the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator protects this account too. Keep it on.

If you have signed in on a computer that is not yours, use “Sign out everywhere else” on your account page. Support will never ask for your password, a Steam Guard code, or for items sent outside a trade you started here.

Your SteamID or username, your trade link, the addresses you cash out to, and your deposits, orders, trades and balance — the Privacy page lists all of it and why.

Ask support for a copy, or for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. A deletion cannot reach a public blockchain, or remove trades that other people’s records also describe.
